Adam McNally
Inclusion Specialist
Adam McNally has joined ORAM as our Inclusion Specialist. Adam has an MA in Conflict Studies & Human Rights from Utrecht University, where he earned the highest scoring thesis, focusing his research on how masculinities can help explain LGBTIQ+ experiences of violent conflict. In addition to this, he has a legal diploma in Refugee, Asylum & Immigration Law, and an LL.B International from Maynooth University. Adam brings a wealth of experience, most recently leading LGBTIQ inclusion strategy for a consultancy firm and providing capacity-building consulting. At ORAM, Adam manages the humanitarian inclusion program in Central and Eastern Europe, providing training on capacity-building initiatives to refugee-serving NGOs in this region.
