- promote collective voice on questions that concern them. LGBTI + refugees, whose number is constantly increasing, still remain mostly invisible in our host countries. This invisibility of people and their needs is a major obstacle in their access to the right to benefit from legal and social protection.
the Asile LGBT association aims to understand and combat the mechanisms of invisibility and marginalization of LGBTI + refugees through three main areas of intervention: work with LGBTI + refugees, work with the professionals in charge of their welcome and support, and the work with the Geneva population.
