The FELGTB's lines of action and services are the care and support service for LGTBI youth and families , the Rainbow Line , the employment counseling service, the coordination of intervention policies in nursery, primary and secondary schools, the leadership of “ Redes contra el Odio ”, the State Observatory of hate crimes based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and the coordination of different HIV prevention, intervention and harm reduction programs.
Misión
Our mission is to defend and promote Human Rights and equality for lesbian, gay, trans, bisexual and intersex people and their families in all areas of life (social, health, work, educational, cultural, etc.), paying special attention to care for members of the most vulnerable group such as women, trans people, children, people with HIV or migrants, among others.
In addition, we work to strengthen and unify the LGTBI associative movement in Spanish territory from a networking approach and a secular, feminist, nonpartisan and non-unionist perspective.
