The Diego Portales University Human Rights Center promotes the study of human rights and houses a clinic specializing in public interest litigation and another in migration and refuge. The Center prepares technical reports and studies on human rights and seeks to contribute to the design of legal and judicial initiatives aimed at correcting the lack of protection of fundamental rights. Likewise, it seeks to strengthen the control of public policies, tending to their transparency and effectiveness in the protection of people's rights.
