PCLS is a community legal clinic and a teaching clinic. They provide legal and other services, free of charge, to low income individuals in our community. The Immigration Division at PCLS assists individuals and families with direct legal services and advocate for a just and fair refugee and immigration system. They monitor significant legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments and engage in advocacy, law reform and public legal education.
Misión
PCLS will work with our community to tackle poverty law issues through a combination of community development, organizing and action facilitated by legal representation, summary legal advice and community legal education.
